Jenco’s in-house safety committee is comprised of Field Operations, Operations, People Operations, and Executives. The committee is dedicated to continuous improvement, awareness, and initiatives to keep safety at the forefront.

Utilizing a third-party safety consultant team has proven to be invaluable to our team, our fellow tradespeople, and to our customers. Our consultant team are experts in construction safety and work with us to provide safety inspections, trainings, and investigations helping us learn and improve our overall safety program.

Safety Spot Bonus Program
All crews who receive zero deficiencies on their surprise third-party safety consultant site inspections receive a spot bonus. Foremen are also empowered to give spot bonuses to crew members who are “caught” doing the right thing – recognizing safety hazards and working to correct the issue.
